Customer Experience Team

Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by driving their success with our product. How? By onboarding every user, facilitating the adoption of our solutions, monitoring usage, and supporting them with any technical or operational issues.

As MyC continues to grow, we are onboarding more and more customers. That’s why we need an experienced professional to lead their onboarding and ensure their full satisfaction.

👷 Your missions in details

Operational excellence

  • Lead complex onboardings by auditing customer organizations, understanding and defining their needs, assisting with system configuration, and training users.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deployments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports.

Customer success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address concerns.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide valuable customer insights and drive product enhancements

🫵  Profile

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in project management, operations, or customer success, specifically in the B2B SaaS solutions environment and/or the medical sector.
  • Advanced fluency in English and you thrive in a diverse, international team.
  • Versatile, with a strong ability to navigate between strategy and execution.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive (solution-oriented), pragmatic (enjoys finding creative solutions), flexible (comfortable with change), and dynamic (thrives in a fast-paced environment).
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with a focus on efficiency.
  • Team player, enthusiastic, and ambitious.
