Their challenge

International SOS Norway and Denmark faced several operational challenges that stemmed from their unique service environment in offshore, remote, and maritime settings

These settings required an EHR system that:

  • could be securely accessed from multiple, often isolated, locations without complex technical setup. Previous solutions were cumbersome as they relied on local installations that demanded costly and logistically challenging processes to update and troubleshoot. 
  • complied with GDPR and Denmark’s stringent data privacy regulations, while also being adaptable to multiple languages—particularly Danish—to ensure accessibility and usability for local healthcare staff. 

These language limitations, compounded by system complexity, presented barriers to efficient service delivery and patient record management.

The situation called for a scalable, cloud-based, easy-to-install solution to align with the high mobility and regulatory demands of their diverse international operations

International SOS Norway and Denmark therefore adopted MyC and benefited from:
